Product information "Pampelle Ruby L'Aperitif 15% vol. 0,7l"
Seven things to know about Pampelle:

1. The heroine of this complex aperitif is the red Star Ruby Grapefruit with its sweet and bitter characteristic.
2. The grapefruit are harvested by hand on the sunny, French island of Corsica, in the middle of the idyllic Mediterranean Sea.
3. The grapefruit are cut in half and macerated until complete extraction. To enhance the natural citrus flavors, part of the grapefruit maceration is distilled in copper kettles.
The grapefruits are pressed and reduced until a deep, velvety red appears.
4. Separately high-quality citrus peels from all over the world are macerated, including Yuzu from Japan, Cedrat from France and Bigarade from Haiti.
5. The batches are mated with cinchona bark, natural gentian bitter and the characteristic Eau-de-Vie, which is obtained by fermenting grapes and then distilling them into column-shaped bubbles.
6th Pampelle is refined on the banks of the river Charente in Cognac, where each bottle is provided with the seal of the small dragonfly, a native, protected species.
7. Pampelle naturally has 30% less sugar than other leading spirits aperitifs, making it bittersweet - not sweet-and-sweet.
