This single malt whiskey matured for 14 years from Islay Island in former bourbon casks.

Aroma: cooked fruit and charcoal! plus sea air and stones washed with seawater
Taste: burnt honeycombs and baked raisins with spicy notes and a lot of peat smoke
Finish: long and heavy on the finish with hints of sweet marinated ham and sultanas in liqueur
