Signatory proved once again a golden "nose" in the barrel selection, a 32-year-old Caol Ila, distilled on 08 November 1983, aged in a Hogshead, bottled in the Cask Strength Collection on only 235 bottles on 04 February 2016.
Aroma: fresh apples and citrus fruits, with slightly nutty aromas - above all salty peat smoke
Taste: spicy in the taste, clearly oak and soft peat notes - behind jam and olives
Finish: long finish with lots of malt, moist soil and peat
