AD Rattray chose an 18-year-old single malt whisky from the older of the two Orkney distilleries (though the name of the distillery should not be mentioned, the puzzle is not too difficult to solve ...).
A classic small batch bottling in limited edition.
Nose: soft, harmonious aromas of fresh green apples, spicy nutmeg and maritime scents - a light smoke above all
Taste: full and creamy in the taste - clearly sweet toffee and ripe peaches and apricots - again the smoke
Finish: the smoke and fruits are preserved for a long time, with pleasant nutty notes
