The Netherlands are famous for their genever, the pioneer of the gin - and so it is not surprising that the Dutch can also distill a perfect gin.
The Dutch distillery Zuidam produces this Dry Gin in small batches with macerated herbs and various other botanicals.

Aroma: fresh herbs and ripe juniper berries, with slightly earthy aromas
Taste: rich, almost oily in the taste - again the herbs and the juniper berries, with light notes of citrus fruits
Finish: Full on the finish with clear citrus and juniper - above all an elegant, slightly bitter note
