This noble rum from the island of Mauritius is distilled from molasses and matured in the solera process over five years.

Aroma: a light sweetness of vanilla and chocolate, with spicy aromas of oak and coriander
Taste: malty in the taste with a slight sweetness - again the chocolate and the vanilla - spicy notes in the background
Departure: long and surprisingly dry on the finish with pronounced spicy tones
