An elegant, high-quality gin from Denmark with a high proportion of essential oils from the used only three botanicals - Danish carrots, juniper and cilantro.
The master Distiller Henrik Elsner (his nickname is Elg - the Danish word for moose) produces the gin from a wheat spirit as alcohol base in batches of 1,250 bottles

Aroma: clearly ripe juniper berries, fresh carrots, citrus fruits and coriander
Taste: again the juniper berries, with an elegant spiciness - fresh in the taste
