From the rather unknown Highland distillery Auchroisk comes this 11-year-old single malt whisky, bottled from two Hogsheads, distilled on March 13, 2007, bottled on April 25, 2018 in Signatory's vintage range.
Nose: spicy ginger and ripe apricots, with vanilla and sweet raisins
Taste: peppery with a distinct note of mint - then juicy oranges and again the raisins
Finish: medium-long, buttery finish with intense notes of freshly baked
