Old Tom refers to the most original and almost forgotten type of gin.
Old Tom is a sweetened gin and is the ideal choice for mixing cocktails - including, of course, the world famous Tom Collins!

Aroma: fruity and sweet - clearly the botanicals and lemon
Taste: a pleasantly light sweetness, clearly juniper and orange
Departure: clear and clean on the finish, the fruity notes are accompanied by a slightly peppery note
