This 11 year old Single Malt Whisky comes from the Scottish Highland distillery Tullibardine.
Distilled on June 7, 2007, the fresh distillate matured in two exBourbon Barrels for over eleven years, then Signatory married the Casks and bottled them on March 01, 2019 in the Un-Chillfiltered Collection.
Nose: at the beginning an intense sweetness of tropical fruits - above all peaches and bananas - over it lies a strong portion of vanilla
Taste: again the fruits - full and rich, with malty notes and tones of fresh herbs develop
Finish: a long finish - the vanilla again, the fruit comes back and makes room for a pleasantly spicy note
