For this bottling, Signatory selected two hogsheads from Speyside distillery Inchgower, Scotland.
Distilled on 18 February 2008, the casks were aged for 13 years until 29 June 2021, when the independent bottler matched and filled the casks in the Un-Chillfiltered Collection.
Nose: malty-spicy with aromas of dried herbs, some vanilla, some toffee
Taste: soft and spicy in taste, the malt again, plus slightly fruity notes - vanilla again
Finish: medium-long finish - spicy with nutty notes

Unharmonisch
In Geruch und Geschmack mit einer angenehmen Mischung aus Frucht und Würze - im Nachklang aber intensiv, fast sprittig - von den beschriebenen Nüssen merke ich nichts. Bisher mein erster 'Fehlgriff' bei den Signatory-Abfüllungen.
