For this bottling, Signatory selected two Hogsheads from the Scottish Speyside Destillery Inchgower.
Distilled on September 18, 2007, the Hogsheads were stored for over eleven years until March 01, 2019, when the independent bottler married the Casks and bottled them in the Un-Chillfiltered Collection.
Nose: malty spicy with aromas of dried herbs, some vanilla, some toffee
Taste: soft and spicy in the taste, again the malt, to slightly fruity notes - again the vanilla
Finish: medium finish - spicy with nutty notes
