Edradour Natural Cask strength 2004/2018 56.9% vol. 0,7l
Distilled on December 7, 2004, this single malt whiskey matured from the Scottish Highland distillery Edradour for over 13 years in barrel # 438, before being bottled on February 7, 2018 for only 683 decanter bottles.
Aroma: soft toffee fudge and light chocolate, followed by slightly spicy aromas of fresh garden herbs - in the background a bit malt and oak
Taste: again the pleasant toffee sweetness and the chocolate, in addition now notes of ripe, red fruits, red jam and cane sugar
Finish: long and pleasantly sweet - after a while spicy with a slight ginger note
