With this bottling AH Riise celebrates the gold medal won in 1888 for an "excellent product" at the then industrial, agricultural and art exhibition in Copenhagen.

Nose: light aromas of ripe citrus fruits, especially oranges and mandarins, sugar cane syrup and molasses
Taste: Balanced and creamy in the taste - now more clearly the oranges and the sugar cane, behind it spicy with notes of fresh tobacco leaves
Finish: medium length on the finish with a very nice balance of sweetness and spiciness
