For eleven years, this single malt whisky from the Scottish Highland Distillery Blair Athol matured into two Hogsheads.
Distilled on June 7, 2007, bottled on November 26, 2018 in the Vintage range.
Nose: wonderful aromas of fresh, ripe apples and pears, with sweet notes of exotic fruits, especially papaya and pineapple - above all soft vanilla floats
Taste: soft and creamy in the mouth with notes of sweet figs and pears, butterscotch and light chocolate - roasted nuts behind
Finish: creamy-soft finish - again the fruits with a distinctly spicy note of cardamom, pepper and oak
