The Quiet Man is a small independent distillery in the Irish town of Derry.
This single malt whiskey first matured in fresh (first-fill) exBourbon barrels, then in exOloroso sherry casks.
Aroma: soft, fruity aromas - distinctly orange, with mellow honey, some vanilla and a light bourbon note
Taste: mild and soft in the taste - nutty notes, juicy cake with raisins and apricots - in the background again the vanilla, slightly spicy
Finish: a long, soft finish - the fruity notes are preserved for a long time
