Matured in virgin oak barrels.
Aroma: soft peat smoke, sweet bananas, honey and fresh bread - then phenols and a hefty portion of pepper - spicy oak, vanilla, toffee and coconut - over all peat smoke
Taste: Rich in notes of honey and spicy oak - roasted wood and smoke, dark chocolate, coconut, old leather, iodine and BBQ smoke
Finish: long finish - clearly aniseed and cloves, roasted coffee beans and lots of peat smoke
Limited edition of 12,000 bottles worldwide.
