Two Hogsheads from Scottish Highland Distillery Mannochmore selected Signatory for this 11-year vintage bottling line.
Distilled on April 27, 2007, the two Hogsheads #6677 and #6679 over 11 years matured, then Signatory married the Hogsheads and bottled them on March 26, 2019.
Nose: wonderful spicy aromas of coriander, nutmeg and damp forest soil, then vanilla and malt with a slight honey sweetness
Taste: soft and creamy in the taste - again the elegant spiciness, in addition to pronounced notes of dried tobacco leaves and roasted coffee beans
Finish: long finish - carried by the spicy tones - above all now notes of red apples and brown cane sugar
