Tomatin shows how closely these elements are linked to the production of whiskey: water feeds wood - wood keeps fire upright - fire brings life to the earth - earth produces metal - metal collects water, so the circle closes.
This bottling matured exclusively in first-filled, former Bourbon barrels.
Aroma: creamy vanilla, sweet chocolate and macadamia nuts
Taste: ripe, sweet citrus, paired with balanced spicy notes
Departure: soft on the finish - pleasantly light and sweet
