This gin fits perfectly into a dry martini or cocktail - an absolute alternative to the classic London Dry Gin!
Aroma: fresh citrus and ripe fruit, sweet grass and herbs - in the background aromatic woods and spices
Taste: Semi-dry to sweet with clear notes of ripe grapes and juniper berries, with mild, spicy notes of cardamom, ginger and nutmeg - followed by notes of prunes and oranges
Departure: soft with a pleasant fruity sweetness

Once a year, in the middle of June, the wine blossoms come to life for a few days until they are handed over to the grapes.
This period is called Floraison (French flower)
Aroma: very fruity and soft - clearly lemon and cardamom
Taste: distinctly grapes and fresh botanicals, especially citrus and ginger - pleasantly sweet
Finish: pleasant and clean on the finish - fresh herbs and grass with mineral notes
