For the Triple Malt Whiskey, Adnams uses the malted grains barley, wheat and oats, distilled in a Small Batch Copper Pot Still at the historic Adnams Brewery in Southwold.
The whiskey matures in American oak barrels and develops in this an elegant, soft touch of ripe oranges and roasted oak.
Aroma: complex aromas of spices and roasted oak, plus ripe coconut, ripe oranges, citrus fruits and sweet honey
Taste: again clearly the coconut, in addition soft, strong chocolate and spicy notes
Finish: long, warm and spicy finish
