Twenty-year-old barrels of the once-proud Caroni distillers were made by Bristol Spirits Ltd. selected for this bottling.
Distilled in 1997 at the Caroni distillery on Trinidad, bottled in England in 2017.

Aroma: rich aromas of raisins and ripe bananas - light spicy tones in the background
Taste: the fruits are now joined by dark chocolate, soft toffee and green olives - above all floats spicy oak and hints of heavy red wine
Finish: long and warming on the finish
