Distilled on June 2, 1997, this single malt whiskey matured for over 20 years until February 2, 2018, when the independent bottler filled the cask with only 825 bottles.
Aroma: fresh fruit cake with honey and cinnamon - then aromas of sweet grain and roasted oak
Taste: creamy and spicy in the taste with notes of brown cane sugar and ginger, nutty notes, spicy tobacco leaves
Finish: long, spicy finish, with the sugar and oak again
