The 2 Ports Rum combines a rum from Trinidad and a rum from Jamaica, both are 3-5 years old.
The color that the rum has received through the barrel maturation has been removed by elaborate carbon filtration.
Nose: a lot of fruit - clearly banana, peach and mango, with sweet brown cane sugar
Taste: again the fruits - especially ripe bananas, pineapple and apricots, paired with a very subtle sweetness
Finish: long and fruity on the finish
