This single malt whiskey from the Scottish Speyside distillery Tormore matured for 21 years in refill Sherry Puncheon # 5386.
Distilled on June 14, 1995, bottled by Gordon & MacPhail in February 2017 to only 670 bottles.

Aroma: distinct sherry aromas, with preserved fruits and cinnamon
Taste: sweet and spicy with notes of prune and orange peel - behind it clearly dark chocolate
Finish: medium finish with an elegant, balanced spicy note

Ein wunderschöner, fruchtiger Tormore, der im Alter von 22 Jahren sehr frisch und ausbalanciert wirkt. Alte Reife Tormore Abfüllungen sieht man nicht so oft. Diese hier ist gefährlich trinkbar. Sehr empfehlenswert!
