This exclusive bottling from the Tomatin distillery has been maturing for over 36 years in first-filled Spanish exOloroso sherry butts and in traditional oak barrels.
Aroma: clearly dried fruits and soft vanilla, followed by spicy aromas of cinnamon and salty caramel
Taste: soft and creamy in the taste - again the vanilla and the caramel, in addition to strong notes of dark chocolate and ripe fruit
Departure: long finish - carried by spicy oak, rounded off with fruity notes of ripe plum
