Aroma: intense aromas of ripe red fruits - strawberries, cherries, plums and blackcurrants, then earthier notes of damp, mossy forest soil
Taste: sweet chewy candy and blueberry cake with powdered sugar, with hints of vanilla, licorice and berry syrup
Departure: spicy on the finish with slight oak notes, with ginger, anise and some chili
