In 1959, the Barbet Column Still was installed and commissioned at the La Miel distillery.
The rum of this second bottling from Botucal's Distillery Collection was 100% distilled in this Barbet Column Still.

Nose: intense aromas of tropical fruits and roasted oak
Taste: surprisingly dry in the taste with delicate notes of old wood and fresh citrus fruits
Finish: very long and very soft finish
