Bushmills' Red Bush ripens exclusively in former bourbon casks and, like all Bushmills bottlings, is of course distilled three times.
Nose: soft aromas of vanilla and heather honey, plus fresh herbs and a hint of pepper
Taste: mild and soft in the taste with a slight sweetness, again the honey and the vanilla, with notes of roasted nuts and malt
Finish: long and soft on the finish, the nuts are present again
