Product information "Edradour 10 Year Old 2008/2018 Single Cask # 165 Signatory 46% vol. 0,7l"
Signatory selected a barrel of its own distillery Edradour for this single cask bottling.
Distilled on June 20, 2008, this Single Malt Whiskey matured for over 10 years in barrel # 165 - bottled on November 30, 2018 in the Un-Chillfiltered Collection.
Unfortunately, the barrel type is not specified, but only the color of the single malts suggests that it is a former sherry barrel.

Aroma: warm fruit cake with roasted walnuts, with soft, spicy aromas
Taste: soft and creamy - clearly the sherry with notes of juicy raisins, dried figs and apricots, then again the nuts and the spicy notes
Departure: a long finish with a creamy warmth - the sweet fruits are present again - above all floating spicy oak tones
