This 20 year old single malt whisky from the Scottish Highland distillery Fettercairn was distilled on October 10, 1997 and stored in two Hogsheads until June 04, 2018 before Signatory married the Hogsheads and bottled them in their Un-Chillfiltered Collection.
Nose: light, fruity aromas of apples and pears, plus some toffee and oak
Taste: pleasantly spicy, the fruits again - this is joined by vanilla and caramel
Finish: mid-length finish - fruity and spicy
