Product information "Wolf Burn batch 128 46% vol. 0,7l"
The Batch 128 is limited to 6,000 bottles worldwide.
This peated single malt whiskey matured in fresh, former Bourbon barrels with only 100 liters each.
The barrels were stored in warehouse no. 1 in row 28 - hence the name Batch 128.

Originally the barrels were designed for the first regular bottling of a peated Wolfburn single malt whiskey, but the distillate developed so quickly and so extraordinarily in the small barrels that using it in a vatting with many other barrels would have been a shame - and so they decided - luckily! - for a special filling.

Aroma: intense, sweet aromas of fresh vanilla and soft toffee, followed by smoke, nutmeg and dried apple rings
Taste: a light sweetness of dark chocolate with dried apricots and oranges
Finish: a long, warm finish with spicy and smoky notes

Peat content: 10ppm
Circulation: 6,000 bottles

Der steht in meiner Sammlung, daher kann ich keine Tastingbewertung abgeben.Was ich aber bewerten kann sind eure Artikelbeschreibungen und die sind sehr vielversprechend,d.h. die sind Grundlage für meine Bestellung.
Euer Sortiment ist sehr breit gehalten, viele unabhängige Abfüller und viele Einzelfassabfüllungen finde ich sehr gut.
Auch sonst ist alles super von der Verpackung bis hin zur Lieferung. Daher werde ich wohl auch zukünftig bei euch ordern.
