For this whiskey barrels were selected from the distilleries of Talisker, Linkwood, Cragganmore and Caol Ila.
Aroma: full and rich in aroma - mocha and espresso, with warm wood smoke, oak and some dark chocolate
Taste: clearly roasted barley and coffee beans, again the chocolate - in addition to figs, dates and nutty notes
Finish: long finish - spicy at the beginning, then a light honey sweetness and oak tones
