Aroma: intense sweetness of pear drops and marshmallows - then roasted pine nuts and creme brulee, followed by powerful cheesecake with soft liquorice aromas
Taste: again the sweetness, with notes of hard toffee sweets and caramelized sugar, followed by notes of thick toffee pudding, nougat and fresh cream - in the background charred logs
Departure: Pleasant and rich on the finish with clear notes of dark chocolate and coffee beans - reminiscent of liqueur, then the typical Longrow-salt note and soft smoky notes
