Aroma: you can clearly see ripe raspberries, plums and maraschino cherries - juicy dates and raisins, rounded off by fine vanilla and toffee notes Taste: again the ripe fruits - clearly blood orange, now develop nutty notes - then spicier - especially nutmeg and ginger Finish: long and fruity finish - redcurrants and spicy oak
