Taste: Rich in flavor with a nice balance of lemon jam on toast and caramelized, roasted marshmallows - vanilla and ground pepper behind
Departure: delicate on the finish with a soft salt note, with honey marinated ham

Meine Favorit bei den Cask strength Abfüllungen. Toll in der Nase und eine Wucht im Mund. Rund, und vielschichtig. Das Zusammenspiel von ExBourbon- und Sherryfass bringt eine tolle Komplexität mit dem typischen leicht salzigen und rauchigen Geschmack der Distillery.

Wie schon bei den Vorgängerreleases ohne Makel. Gehört für mich zu den absoluten Spitzenwhiskys und ist jedesmal eine Freude.
