BIB & TUCKER White 46% vol. 0,7l
One day Brand burned in burned American white oak barrels in which the six-year-old Bib & Tucker had matured, then the spirit drink, which must not yet be called Whiskey, was bottled on these noble bottles.
Bib & Tucker is distilled twice, first in a column still and then in a traditional copper bladder.
The mash of the distillate consists of 72% corn and 28% grain of small grain size (13% rye & 15% malt).
Bib & Tucker is a term from the 17th to 19th century US for the best clothes in the closet - the Sunday clothes or festival clothes.
With the same care as this dress used to be cared for, this whiskey is also distilled and stored.
Aroma: distinct aromas of yellow corn, with ripe rye and mineral notes of limestone - above all fresh juniper and sweet vanilla
Taste: soft in the taste, with a slight sweetness, again clearly the grain, malted barley - then fresh Pfankuchen with maple syrup
Departure: refreshing, long lasting finish - again the vanilla and notes of sweet cookie dough
