Douglas Laing once again proves a skillful hand, a sensitive nose, a sensitive tongue and a keen sense of the perfect blend of a maritime malt whiskey, downstream in the finest ex-Sherry casks.
Aroma: salty sea air and fine sherry aromas - a light sweetness, paired with peat and some tobacco
Taste: again, the sherry sweetness, with berry notes, sweet barley and again the tobacco - then peppery with notes of citrus - over all wet leather and gauze bandages
Finish: Long-lasting finish with an elegant balance between sea and sherry

ein sehr schöner, ausgewogener Whisky. Riecht wie...... Schmeckt wie............ kann ich leider nicht angeben, nur ich mag ihn oder nicht und ich mag ihn !
