Selected overseas rums are initially stored in oak Casks in their country of origin - at tropical temperatures for rapid, intensive maturation and strong aromas. After being shipped to the French bottler, some of the rums continue to mature for up to two years in a continental climate. This gives them additional complexity. All rums in the line are bottled without additives and not cold-filtered.
