A 2013 distilled molasses rum from the French Antilles island of Guadeloupe, bottled by LMDW in the Transcontinental Rum Line series.
The rum matured in Guadeloupe for almost three years and almost another year in France, then the barrels were bottled in a small batch.
Nose: sweet and fruity in the aroma with distinctly tropical fruits and a hint of vanilla
Taste: soft and harmonious, the fruits now appear more intense, in the background slightly spicy hints with some wood
Finish: pleasantly soft and mild on the finish
