Rum has been produced in the Domaine de Séverin since 1928. The distillery is still family-run today and produces first-class rums made from 100% sugar cane juice.
Nose: sweet sugar at the beginning and ripe fruit, then spicier with distinct aromas of white pepper and oak
Palate: again the fruits, especially ripe bananas and mango - the sweet notes are reminiscent of vanilla, and again some spicy oak
Finish: long and surprisingly dry on the finish - the spicy tones are retained

Schöner, ziemlich fruchtiger und nur zurückhaltend süßer Agricole. Trotz der Jugend schöner Holzton im Abgang. Komplex und nicht teuer. Sehr zu empfehlen.
