White Horse Distillers presented the Gold Edition 1890 for the first time in 2014 for the Asian market - so 2014 was the year of the horse in China.
The complex Islay-Malt Whiskey Lagavulin has always had its place in the White Horse Blend, and the finest Grain and Malt Whiskeys in Scotland join in this tradition.

Aroma: sweet and powerful in the aroma with an elegant peat note and light smoke
Taste: initially sweet and slightly fruity with notes of ripe apples and pears, then develops intenisve, spicy notes - especially oak, with some fudge and smoke
Finish: Lingering on the finish with an elegant, smoky, slightly peaty note
