Product information "Glenfarclas Christmas 1991/2016 46% vol. 0,7l"
For 24 years, this single malt whiskey matured in four former Oloroso sherry casks.
Distilled on December 20, 1991, the four barrels were married in November 2016 and bottled at only 1,200 bottles in Glenfarclas' coveted Christmas range.

Aroma: clearly the pleasant sherry sweetness with aromas of ripe, dark fruits, with marzipan and some spicy oak
Taste: again, the sherry and the dark fruits - followed by intense notes of almonds and juicy dried fruit, spicy oak in the background
Departure: long finish - the sherry is present, with elegant notes of dark chocolate
