For this bottling of a 11-year-old Clynelish from the Scottish Highlands, Signatory selected the two exBourbon Barrels with the Numbers #800133 and #800135 - distilled on March 1, 2008 and bottled on December 12, 2019.
Nose: mild honey and warm porridge, with aromas of ginger and fresh bread - ripe plums behind
Taste: distinctly creamy vanilla and again the fresh bread, then orange blossom, beeswax and toasted oak
Finish: Spicy on the finish with distinct toasted notes, with milk chocolate and nuts

Alles 1996 Abfüllungen sind sehr zu empfehlen. Tolle Bourbonfässer mit bleibendem Eindruck.
