An elegant, heavy pot still rum made from molasses in a forsyth pot still in St. Catherine, Jamaica.
Distilled in 2005, the rum matured in French oak barrels for over 10 years until 2015 - ripened under the tropical sun, Angel's share is more than 64% vol.

Aroma: heavy and sweet with aromas of tropical fruits and spicy wood
Taste: soft in the taste, rich and elegant with a supporting sweetness, again the fruits and the spice
Finish: a long finish - the fruits are preserved for a long time, followed by a clear note of bourbon vanilla
