Island Signature Collection

Even the bottle label is reminiscent of the turquoise blue sea and white sandy beach, or the wonderful Turquoise Bay vacationer's bay on the island of Mauritius, in the Indian Ocean.
The word amber stands for the dark amber color of this premium rum, blended from several excellent local rums that have matured for up to eight years under ideal island conditions.

Turquoise Bay Amber Rum gets its color and complex aromas from long storage in oak barrels, which makes it pleasantly soft, harmonious and somewhat creamy.
There are also notes of fine sweet fruit and a little caramel.

A very aromatic rum from Mauritius, which was bottled in France without the addition of artificial colors and which can be enjoyed both pure and on Can enjoy ice cream, as well as for mixing cocktails and long drinks
