Aroma: lots of vanilla and dried oranges, juicy Christmas cake with figs, honey and raisins
Taste: clearly the sherry, dark chocolate, pineapple and old oak wood - behind it spicy notes of nutmeg and cinnamon
Finish: Spicy on the finish with cloves and cinnamon - above all juicy raisins, cocoa and vanilla
