Aroma: Lemon peels and strawberry compote - even more fresh fruits, dark berries and warm spicy aromas
Taste: vanilla sauce and milk chocolate, some mocha and clearly fresh fudge
Finish: Medium length on the finish with warm notes of Demerara sugar and sweet fruits

mein erster singele grain whisky !

mein erster singele grain whisky !
heftiger prickelnder antritt der es in sich hatt. dann dunkel ,sehr sehr dunkle früchte .die volle sherry bombe in der nase und zunge. leider verschwindet er ein bisschen zu schnell .er dürfte gern länger im mundraum verweilen. ich werde ihn mal mit wasser versuchen.....die 55 volumen können das ab.
der viel gescholtene bitter grain hab ich hier nicht entdecken können !!
ansonsten kaufen und selbst versuchen ;)

Ein Single Grain aus dem Sherry Butt - wundervolle Rosinenaromen mit Anklängen an amerikanische Bourbons. Wuchtig, aber nicht scharf, voll, aber nicht zu dominant. Ich mag ihn sehr. Ein bisschen wie ein Pedro Ximenez Sherry auf Speed.
