Nose: clearly the sherry influence with aromas of juicy dates and raisins - ripe berry fruits and strong dark chocolate
Taste: again the sherry and the fruits, in addition brown cane sugar and spicy notes of fresh oak
Finish: a long, sherry-embossed finish with delicate toasted notes of oak and coffee beans
