Glentauchers nine Year Old Sherry Butt 2007/2016 Douglas Laing's provenance 46% vol. 0,7l

One of the rare bottlings of a Scottish Speyside glacial, nine years from maturing this single malt whiskey in a former Sherry Butt, distilled in March 2007, the barrel was bottled in March 2016 by Douglas Laing in the Provenance series.

Aroma: initially sweet with flambéed, caramelised oranges, then the scent of freshly polished oak, with spicy aromas
Taste: Rich in flavor with lots of spicy caramel, ginger and lemon peel - above all notes of very ripe bananas
Finish: long and spicy finish with notes of sweet coffee
